📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with design team, from decision through to release
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide feedback people learn from
• Unblock the team by noticing when someone is stuck and taking a look
• Notice when one person's build should become the team's standard and see that change through
• Keep shared pieces in working order—tested, clear, and consolidated

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience, including leading a team or owning a major surface while
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work
• Understanding of importance of tests and how to approach writing them
• Something introduced to a team that stuck, with honest account of cost
• Comfort with uncomfortable parts of asking people to change
