📋 Description

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team — from the decision through to
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give the kind of feedback people learn from.
• Unblock the team by noticing when someone is stuck and going to take a look.
• Notice when one person's solution should become the team's standard and see that change through.
• Keep shared components in working order, tested, and consolidated.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on team leadership.
• Rock solid Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background
• Experience shipping and maintaining background audio or long-running background work.
• Understanding of test importance and appropriate testing approaches.
• Proven ability to introduce lasting improvements to a team.
• Comfort with asking people to change how they work.
