• Develop and deliver training sessions for Sales Representatives
• Strategically manage and optimize team schedules for activation events
• Oversee setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide feedback
• Provide hands-on support at activation events
• Collaborate with management to refine sales techniques

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for activation events
