📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day success of one LAP store
• Lead the team, organize shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and keep operations running
• Support the team during rushes, drive strong sales and an incredible customer experience, all while
• Guide baristas to achieve company goals while upholding cultural standards
• Support and cultivate a cohesive team, inspiring them to grow into future General Managers
• Maintain elite operating standards

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, with a strong track
• Coffee industry experience is a massive plus
• Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced, startup environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets
• Fluent in English and German
