🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a mid-to-senior social media management role, preferably within retail
• Demonstrated success in growing organic social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a creative or social media team.
• Ability to provide creative direction, evaluate written content, and deliver constructive creative
• Deep understanding of current social media trends, content formats, platform algorithms, audience
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Meta Business
