Team Lead – Data Warehouse & Decision Support

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day data warehouse operations, ETL environment, and semantic/reporting layers.
• Guide adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SQL Server for data engineering workloads.
• Oversee reliability, scheduling, and incident resolution for pipelines.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, governance, and platform teams on controls and cost
• Mentor team members; ~25% people leadership, ~75% hands-on technical work.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years data engineering/data warehousing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on with data warehousing, ETL/ELT operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning.
• 3+ years leadership/project leadership experience.
• Expertise with Microsoft Fabric, SQL, ETL, and Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Fabric, Delta tables, OneLake, Apache Spark.
• Proficient in Python (PySpark, notebooks) for data engineering and automation in Fabric/SQL Server.
