• Develop and deliver engaging training to sharpen reps' skills and product knowledge.

• Oversee setup and dismantle of activation booths, ensuring branding and organization.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide constructive feedback.
• Track key sales metrics and report on team performance for continuous improvement.
