Manage routine maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment
Manage reactive maintenance as needed
Develop and execute improvements to minimize downtime
Serve as primary contact for production on maintenance issues
Assist Facilities and Safety Manager with site projects, meetings with contractors, admin work
Manage assembly and moving of furniture and equipment as needed

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of industrial maintenance in fast-paced manufacturing
1-2 years leadership of maintenance technicians or crews
Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
Experience with PM schedules and CMMS systems
Understanding of PPE and Lockout/Tagout safety
Basic building code understanding
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces
