📋 Description

• Operational Governance: Own daily run; oversee global billing and invoicing.
• Automation and Transformation: Identify manual tasks; drive finance transformation projects.
• System Architecture: Bridge dashboards and SAP; ensure revenue matches GL.
• Standardization: Enforce Global Finance Playbook; align workflows across Boston, Tokyo, Singapore with Hamburg HQ.
• Accounting Logic: Translate HGB/IFRS into daily ops.
• FinTech and Risk: Optimize FinTech stack; design automated internal control systems to mitigate fraud.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Finance Operations or Business Systems.
• Proven leadership with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting; deep HGB and IFRS knowledge.
• Deep SAP ERP knowledge; API integrations; SQL skills helpful.
• Experience leading Finance Transformation or ERP migrations.
• Analytical mindset; map data flows and identify root causes.
