• Manage day-to-day operations of a pod of Fraud Investigators
• Oversee complex fraud queues and ensure SLAs are met
• Step in on complex investigations
• Lead weekly calibration sessions
• Ensure case documentation is flawless
• Establish investigative playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year tenure at Wealthsimple, currently L3 or higher with Meets Expectations rating
• 4+ years experience in backend fraud investigations
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgers
• Strong bias for action
• Exceptional communication skills
