Team Lead (Full-Stack)

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow a engineering team (5-7 engineers) in Poland
• Define the team's roadmap, execution strategy, and own delivery outcomes
• Ensure strong delivery predictability, including planning, estimation, and execution
• Partner with engineers on system design and technical decisions (non-coding role)
• Develop team members through 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring
• Establish a strong, collaborative, and accountable team culture

🎯 Requirements

• People-first engineering leader with 2+ years of engineering management experience and strong
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience building full-stack web
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Comfortable operating across both backend and frontend concepts (full-stack awareness)
• Strong technical judgment — able to evaluate system design decisions, trade-offs, and engineering
• Experience working in data-driven environments (metrics such as velocity, predictability, delivery
