Team Lead, Fusion Center Operations (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Uphold safety-centric, inclusive culture and conduct regular feedback with direct reports.
• Support TeleOps and Fleet Ops with process improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and PMs in TeleOps to align teams with Zoox goals.
• Become experts on Zoox TeleOps software.
• Interact with contractors to answer questions and ensure understanding and execution.
• Act as player/coach and first contact for service escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a highly collaborative environment promoting teamwork.
• 3+ years as an Instructor or Lead within an operations team in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience working in a complex technical environment.
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
