Team Lead, Global Enterprise Outsourcing Services Category Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Category Managers across Enterprise Outsourcing &
• Partner with executive stakeholders to design global outsourcing footprints for Mapping, Labeling
• Architect complex, bespoke commercial agreements for hardware engineering services and outsourcing.
• Own governance for Third-Party Risk, ensure IP protection and data security across a global
• Set long-term vision for Waymo’s external workforce and services ecosystem across Engineering, Ops

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in strategic procurement or supply chain with at least 5 years leading large teams.
• Executive presence with ability to influence Director+ stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Deep outsourcing expertise in global BPO/Engineering Services, including Lift and Shift
• Holistic category leadership across technical and non-technical categories (Engineering/Hardware
• Mastery of MSAs, IP ownership, liability caps, and global labor compliance.
• 3-5 year strategic vision to build a scalable supply base for exponential growth.
