📋 Description

• Lead overnight fleet maintenance, rework, and mission readiness
• Develop workshop culture; recruit, onboard, train staff
• Schedule and time-off management; optimize shift coverage
• Track KPIs; provide feedback to improve team performance
• Drive lean process improvements for overnight workflows
• Coordinate cross-site readiness across multiple locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on auto tech + 2+ years leadership
• Willing to lead overnight operations (3rd shift)
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, CAN/LIN, wiring diagrams, soldering
• Excellent communication; translate technical details for cross-functional teams
• Clean driving record; travel locally and nationally (<20%)
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate (bonus)
