📋 Description

• Lead overnight shift; coach and mentor technicians and contractors.
• Recruit, onboard, and train workshop personnel; foster high-performance culture.
• Manage schedules for employees and contractors, including time-off.
• Track KPIs and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks; implement lean methods to improve overnight workflows.
• Lead overnight vehicle maintenance and rework to maximize daytime availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on automotive tech; 2+ years leadership.
• Willingness to lead overnight operations (3rd shift).
• Extensive automotive maintenance and diagnostics knowledge; parts and tools.
• Proficient in CAN/LIN architecture, wiring diagrams, soldering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical details for stakeholders.
• Clean driving record; travel locally and nationally (<20%).
