Team Lead Group Reporting & General Ledger (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of accuracy, ownership, and continuous
• Ensure general ledger integrity across all entities, including chart of accounts, journal entry
• Own Forto's group close (monthly, quarterly, and year-end) and consolidation, including
• Prepare monthly IFRS consolidated financial statements and notes, and annual HGB single-entity
• Lead annual audits (local and Group) as main point of contact for external auditors.
• Assess complex and non-routine transactions (IFRS 16, IFRS 15, IFRS 9, IFRS 2) and prepare

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in group reporting, general ledger accounting, consolidation, or audit
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (e.g.
• In-depth IFRS and solid HGB knowledge.
• Experience running a multi-entity close, preparing consolidated financial statements, managing
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., LucaNet, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
• Structured, detail-oriented, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
