Team Lead HR Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a three-person HR Operations team across German and global entities
• Own end-to-end HR workflows, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Drive process evolution, SLAs, data quality, and global-first execution
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Office, Legal, and SMEs to scale processes
• Oversee payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and SOP maintenance
• A pioneer in AI adoption to automate routines and improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in HR Operations, HR Admin, and Payroll
• First leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, payroll, and mobility
• HRIS experience (Personio preferred) and tool integration
• Fluent in English and German (business level)
• Zero-manual-work mindset with curiosity for AI-enabled workflows
