• 2+ years leading teams of implementation managers or solution engineers.
• Experience with integration projects in professional services, finance, retail, or tech.
• Proven track record driving global process change and enabling operational success.
• Ability to work with global teams and adapt to time zones.
• Understanding the challenges of global commerce across regions.
