🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8 or more years of progressively responsible experience in legal conflicts management
• Hands-on proficiency with Intapp Conflicts and a strong understanding of conflicts research
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing teams, improving employee performance
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently
• Proven ability to establish consistent service standards, improve workflows, implement quality
• Understanding of staffing models, capacity planning, forecasting, utilization, cost management
