Team Lead, Maintenance

📋 Description

• Lead a team of in-house techs and portfolio staff
• Manage maintenance: routine, preventive, and emergency
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance coaching
• Lead emergency responses to mitigate risks
• Review reports to identify risks and guide the team
• Travel 30-40% to property locations for inspections and support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years management experience
• 5+ years property maintenance across multi-family/single-family
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and repairs
• HVAC Type I/II or Universal certification strongly desired
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
