🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail (Shift-Lead, Head Barista
• Strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management
• Coffee industry experience is a huge plus
• Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, adaptable to fast-paced startup environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets
