📋 Description

• Own Tier 2 Network Operations for all operational and under-development customer networks
• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of operational procedures for network
• Oversee the team during live incidents, coordinate with mission operations and engineering teams
• Eliminate repetitive manual tasks by automating operational workflows and recovery scripts (e.g.
• Partner with engineering teams to design, refine, and maintain telemetry, monitoring dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in network operations, satellite communications
• 0–1+ years of formal people management or demonstrated experience acting as a technical lead /
• Strong foundational understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, routing & switching, BGP, VLANs
• Practical experience using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks or parse
• Proven bias for action—a track record of taking ownership, moving quickly, and solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing post-mortems and
