📋 Description

• Lead a team of Intake Specialists to deliver customer service to clients and caregivers
• Mentor, advise, and provide feedback to team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure daily workflows align with policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Manage relationships with external partners/organizations
• Identify system or workflow opportunities and drive process improvements
• Train direct reports on information from senior management and other departments
