📋 Description

• Monitor daily operational performance, action plans, battle cards, and key performance indicators
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact between client facilities and internal delivery
• Translate client needs, requests, and operational issues into clear priorities, action plans, and

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations, with strong exposure to

• Demonstrated ability to research complex accounts, identify root causes, work issues through
