Lead the Operations & Supply Chain team in inventory management of finished goods.
Train the team to optimize quality, productivity, and costs.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.
Analyze inventory, capacity, costs, and demand patterns.
Coordinate delivery schedules and supplier relationships.
Lead weekly supplier reviews and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
2-4 years in supply chain, inventory control, or operations.
On-site warehouse experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack.
Lean/Six Sigma/continuous improvement experience is a plus.
