Team Lead, Operations and Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Lead the team of Operations and Supply Chain Specialists in the management of supply chain and
• Supervise and train the team to optimize quality, productivity, and costs
• Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures
• Analyze trade velocity of product categories and evaluate inventory levels that the Verification
• Gather and interpret relevant data from inventory levels, Verification Center capacity, costs
• Review inventory levels of packaging materials and work with suppliers to bring in replenishment

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or a
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, inventory control, operations, or a
• On-site Warehouse experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members
• Ability to manage large workloads while prioritizing between multiple tasks
• Advanced subject matter knowledge in operations and supply chain
