Directly manage members of the Payment Implementation Team responsible for the translation of
Monitor individual performance metrics to ensure productivity aligns with defined goals and
Manage implementation queue and assign priorities to ensure adequate resourcing to support SLA
Review unique payment requests/large scale updates for feasibility
Serve as a point of contact and escalation for clients and internal Operations Teams
Support Relationship Management in customer engagement, resource and capacity planning
