Team Lead, Platform Engineering (2x Openings)

📋 Description

• Lead a platform engineering team: technical direction, design reviews, code review, day-to-day
• Set technical direction for your team's area of the stack and build platform layers as product
• Represent platform engineering in roadmap planning; translate product requirements into work
• Collaborate with bring-up and security teams to surface pain points and remediate findings
• Coordinate with other platform leads on architecture and cross-timezone delivery
• Own reliability, observability, security, and interface/versioning standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years leading an engineering team
• Backend/systems programming: Python, Go, Rust; other compiled OO langs ok
• Kubernetes depth: cluster ops, CNI, scheduling, workloads
• GPU infrastructure experience; provisioning and capacity reporting
• Strong networking fundamentals: L2/L3, VLANs, multi-tenant isolation
