Lead a platform engineering team: direction, design reviews, code reviews, delivery.
Set technical direction for your team's stack and design platform layers.
Represent platform in roadmap planning; translate product needs into scoped work.
Work with bring-up teams to surface pain points and turn them into features.
Collaborate with security to integrate guidance and remediation at the platform layer.
Coordinate with other platform leads on shared architecture and cross-timezone delivery.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in cloud platform or infra engineering; 2+ years leading a team.
Strong backend or systems programming; Python, Go, Rust; other OO languages ok.
Kubernetes depth: cluster ops, CNI, scheduling, workload mgmt.
GPU infra experience: provisioning, resource allocation, API layer.
Networking fundamentals: L2/L3, VLANs, overlays, multi-tenant isolation.
Service architecture: design, operate, and version production-grade APIs.
