📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end fraud analytics investigations from scope to execution.
• Build and maintain fraud health metrics to track efficacy.
• Translate fraud findings into actionable recommendations for Eng, Product, and Customer teams.
• Research emerging fraud trends to develop deep expertise in identity verification.
• Manage and develop a team of 6-9 fraud analysts.
• Partner with Product to feed fraud insights into the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fraud, risk, or product analytics; SQL fluency required.
• People management experience or strong trajectory toward it.
• Deep IC analytics while growing into management.
• Strong communication; distill complex findings clearly.
• Sharp eye for patterns and anomalies.
• Interest in Persona product and customer problems.
