• 2+ years leading billing and collections teams in healthcare.
• Proven ability to drive change and manage transformations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Proficient with Google for Business, Excel and Word.
• Familiar with clearinghouses and healthcare SaaS tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices.
