Team Lead - Regulatory Reporting Data

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver accurate, timely, scalable regulatory reporting products.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and product teams to translate regulatory requirements
• Set a new standard for how regulatory reporting is built and operated across the company.
• Balance technical debt with regulatory change and new reporting capabilities.
• Cultivate ownership, autonomy, and open communication within the team.
• Identify emerging RegTech innovations to drive automation and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in Software/Data Engineering.
• Proven delivery end-to-end with high stakes and tight deadlines.
• Strong core Software Engineering skills (e.g., Java or Python) and experience with large-scale data
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Compliance, Legal
• Product mindset focused on data quality, scalability, and compliance solutions.
• Experience shaping roadmaps, prioritization, and balancing technical debt with regulatory change.
