Team Lead Roadside Assistance 24/7 Cockpit (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 Coordinators, including shift planning and 24/7 coverage
• Monitor operational performance via a centralized cockpit dashboard
• Act as escalation point for complex cases; support cross-country coordination
• Coordinate with local service providers and interface with other departments
• Identify patterns and anomalies to proactively address risks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading/coaching teams (ideally shift-based/24/7)
• Customer service background with focus on Roadside Assistance
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, towing procedures, roadside best practices
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with ability to spot patterns/anomalies
• Comfortable with cross-functional data, dashboards, real-time monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
