Team Lead - Salesforce

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, including regular one-on-one meetings
• Set team priorities, assign work, balance capacity, remove blockers, and ensure commitments are
• Provide technical and functional guidance to the team, review proposed solutions and
• Serve as the first point of escalation for team members and operational issues, coordinating
• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including senior-level responsibility
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or formally mentoring Salesforce Administrators
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, performance feedback, conflict
• Ability to prioritize work across a team, manage competing demands, and communicate delivery
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
