• Manage and develop the team: Oversee daily operations for the admins and developers, including

• Facilitate Scrum execution: Drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing
• Own capacity planning: Manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on current
• Manage technical debt: Consult with the Technical Architect on technical debt remediation, ensuring
• Drive functional alignment: Partner with the PO, GTMO, Tooling, Salesforce Service, and RevOps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar fast-paced environment as a Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar
• Experience managing or partnering closely with senior technical staff (e.g., Architects, Tech
• A proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
