📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders across the company to define training requirements, learning goals and user
• Craft and build learning & credentialing experiences in different formats (online learning
• Leverage a wide range of tools (AI-based content authoring, multimedia) to develop content rapidly
• Push yourself and the team to evolve and improve upon our processes, and to discover and test new
• Solicit reviews from partners and SMEs, and review others’ content and assessments for effectiveness
• Own an assigned Samsara product area, by monitoring updates, maintaining its curriculum, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years learning design or instructional design experience in a software/Saas setting
• Knowledge of Instructional Design standard methodologies and a proven ability to craft learning
• Ability to communicate abstract or technical information to both technical and non-technical
• Ability to identify the best learning delivery formats (e.g., online learning, assessments
• Collaboration skills and teamwork
• Attention to design aesthetics and visual detail.
