Team Lead, Settlement Services

📋 Description

• Oversee daily production across Pre-Closing, Closing, Funding.
• Monitor SLAs, turn-times, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
• Ensure workflows follow ALTA Best Practices and state guidelines.
• Implement standardized procedures and operational controls across processes.
• Resolve escalated issues with orders, files, customers, lenders, and partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists or supervisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/Finance (preferred)
• 5+ years in Escrow/Settlement operations
• 2+ years in supervisory or team lead role
• Proficiency with title/settlement systems (Resware, Qualia)
• Knowledge of ALTA Best Practices and RESPA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
