Team Lead, Software Development

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day technical direction and delivery of the Marketing web development team.
• Coach, mentor and develop software developers through feedback, technical guidance and career
• Own the planning and delivery of marketing websites, landing pages, campaign experiences, content
• Establish standards for architecture, code quality, accessibility, performance, responsive design
• Lead technical discovery, estimation and solution design while making pragmatic decisions under
• Establish effective development practices, including code review, automated testing, CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in software development, including significant experience
• Two or more years of experience leading, coaching or mentoring software developers, or equivalent
• Strong experience building and operating responsive, accessible and high-performance websites and
• Technical proficiency with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C#/.NET, SQL, Git and CI/CD
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices, preferably using GCP and Docker.
• Experience with content management systems, design systems, component libraries, web analytics
