📋 Description

• Lead and mentor 2 Solutions Consultants; scale FinServ team.
• Run pre-sales end-to-end on major accounts: discovery, design, demos, security reviews.
• Build FinServ practice: assets, reference architectures, demos.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Security, and Product to grow FinServ.
• Publish thought leadership: white papers, presentations, blogs to boost Braze credibility.
• Travel up to 50%; based in the Chicago office.

🎯 Requirements

• People management experience or proven leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with executive presence.
• Strategic problem solver for cross-functional challenges.
• Autonomous, proactive; spot gaps and build what is needed.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex buying.
• Domain knowledge in two or more: AI, SaaS, APIs, Marketing Analytics.
