Team Lead Solutions Consultant, Financial Services

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Solutions Consultants in Braze’s FinServ vertical; travel up to 50%.
• Serve as the primary Solution Consultant in opportunities; own deals end-to-end.
• Hire, coach, and grow the team to scale with FinServ growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Security, and Product to build plays and assets.
• Create reference architectures, demos, and talk tracks for FinServ.

• People management experience or proven track record leading teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Strategic problem solver who can break down cross-functional challenges.
• Autonomous operator; spots gaps and builds what is needed.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex technical buyers.
• Domain knowledge in two or more: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Security/Compliance, or HTML.
