📋 Description

Lead and grow the platform enablement team
Own delivery of team roadmap for multiple platform services
Collaborate with architects, PMs, and DevOps/SRE
Mentor and conduct 1:1s and performance reviews
Oversee code/design reviews for quality and scalability
Work across microservices, cloud, and Kubernetes

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering
Strong C# .NET and microservices background
Experience leading engineers
Proficient with Cosmos, SQL Server, .NET, Angular
Knowledge of TypeScript, GO, Python, Terraform
Hands-on Azure and/or AWS with Kubernetes
