Team Lead – Survey Programming (Qualtrics)

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 6 survey programmers of differing experience levels, setting standards for
• Coordinate with other quantitative survey operational team leads (fieldwork, data automation) and
• Serve as a strategic lead for survey programming within the market research organization, helping
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for survey programming and coding, including
• Serve as a senior voice for internal communication, stepping in to resolve project issues between
• Consult as needed with survey project teams on survey design, making best-practice recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in programming market research surveys in Qualtrics (strongly preferred) or
• 3+ years experience managing teams of programmers or other operations staff in market research to
• Ability to interface with internal leaders, helping to set strategy and training goals for survey
• Experience with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS for developing custom question types or
• Experience QAing surveys and designing survey QA processes and workflows to ensure that work aligns
• Ability to consult and train on best practices for survey design and experience, flagging if survey
