Team Lead, System Administrator

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and align the Systems Administrators team on SOPs.
• Manage workload, SLAs, and incident response across infra functions.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and provide performance feedback.
• Design and enforce workflows and escalation paths for quality.
• Own team metrics: uptime 99.9%+, ticket SLAs, user satisfaction.
• Lead infrastructure design for on-prem and cloud, including Proxmox.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in systems administration, infra, or network engineering.
• 2+ years formal or informal team leadership.
• Proxmox virtualization and data center ops.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash; Ansible & Terraform.
• Cloud networking across GCP/OCI/Azure: VPCs, VPNs, firewalls.
