📋 Description

• Lead design and VM for Shop Space Planning across North America.
• Create store layouts and design packages with CAD drawings.
• Collaborate with R&D and external consultants on specs and permits.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and project sign-offs.
• Mentor and onboard SSP team; maintain global standards.
• Provide remote or on-site support for SSP needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of retail/commercial design experience.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal communication to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated with multi-project delivery.
