📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Triage Analysts with coaching and mentorship.
• Drive operational excellence in vulnerability report intake and validation.
• Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and remove blockers to meet SLAs.
• Build scalable processes to improve efficiency and team capability.
• Track metrics to inform decisions and improve workflows.
• Partner with Triage, Security, CS, and Ops for coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of security-related experience.
• 2+ years in people management in security domain.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and Burp Suite.
• Background in web app security, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed or shift-based teams.
• Must be able to work from the Pune office 4-5 days a week.
