🎯 Requirements

Senior or staff level software engineer with prior team leadership experience.
Mentor engineers, drive growth, and deliver complex systems on schedule.
Proficient in low and high level languages: C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, Python.
Experience with low latency, high throughput systems; distributed architectures; OMS/RMS knowledge.
Experience with messaging queues, observability, and cloud platforms (GCP). Familiarity with Docker
