📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and architecture of trading-related services, making informed
• Lead roadmap planning and delivery by translating ambiguous business objectives into prioritized
• Stay hands-on with development, contributing code, participating in design reviews, and maintaining
• Manage day-to-day engineering execution, including planning cycles, removing blockers, tracking
• Own production reliability, latency, throughput, and correctness targets, including on-call health
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, performance

🎯 Requirements

• Senior- or Staff-level software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading
• Previous professional software engineering experience within trading or exchange environments, such
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, provide constructive feedback, and raise the technical
• Strong track record delivering complex systems, including defining scope, sequencing work, managing
• Strong coding experience across low- and high-level languages such as C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java
• Deep knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput optimization, concurrency, distributed systems
