Team Lead - Trading

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and architecture of trading-platform services, making informed
• Translate ambiguous business objectives into clearly scoped, sequenced engineering initiatives and
• Lead day-to-day engineering execution through sprint or cycle planning, prioritization, dependency
• Remain hands-on with the codebase, contributing to implementation, reviewing pull requests
• Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, system design, testing, and engineering
• Own production performance and reliability, including latency, throughput, correctness

🎯 Requirements

• Senior- or Staff-level software engineering experience combined with previous experience leading
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, provide actionable feedback, and raise the technical
• Proven track record of delivering complex software systems, including the ability to scope
• Professional experience developing trading or exchange systems, such as Order Management Systems
• Strong coding experience across low- and high-level languages such as C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java
• Deep knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput optimization, concurrency, distributed systems
