📋 Description

• Strategic Roadmap & Vision: Set the vision and roadmap for all Workforce Lifecycle Services
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering consistent
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Lead, Employee Lifecycle Services, WBPs, Centres
• Process Automation & Scaling: Standardize and scale onboarding and offboarding frameworks
• Workflow Optimization: Oversee the design and continuous improvement of lifecycle workflows
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all onboarding, transition, and offboarding activities strictly

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR or People Operations experience, with demonstrated expertise across onboarding and
• Proven track record of designing, documenting, and scaling operational processes within
• Hands-on experience supporting multi-entity or cross-border operations across regional or global
• Working knowledge of modern HR systems, automation tools, and contractor management platforms
• Experience within fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
• Familiarity with employment compliance standards and labor regulations across African or
