• Act as the first point of contact for team members regarding organizational support, guidance, and

• Manage onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support individual development plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideal candidate has multiple years of experience as Field Service Engineer or other internal
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, whether through formal management or team leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or
• Strong understanding of Field Service operations, customer support, and service delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and support business growth opportunities.
